Dr. Jeffrey Cloud was born in Arlington, Texas and graduated from college at U.T. Austin. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern and a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He then completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he was a chief fellow. He has a Masters of Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Gastroenterology although he currently limits his practice to Gastroenterology.
Dr. Cloud is an established and highly skilled physician, practicing in Casper since 2009. He is committed to providing compassionate medical care and listening to his patients. When he is not providing care to his patients he enjoys spending time outdoors and enjoying everything Wyoming has to offer. He is a proud husband and father of 2 incredible boys. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE). He treats general gastroenterology conditions including GERD, colorectal cancer screening, liver and biliary disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), and motility disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Angela Howard, a Nebraska native, graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN certification in 1995. In 2012, she earned her Master’s in Nursing and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Angela practiced in rural primary care from 2012 to 2021 before joining Digestive Care Specialists, where she began her current practice in gastroenterology. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG). A dedicated wife to her husband, Ron, she is also a proud mother of five and grandmother of five. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling across country with her husband on their motorcycle.
